Reviews of The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong

The hotel had spacious rooms with big bathtubs, which is not common in the area. The happy hour at the bar was wonderful and the service provided by the staff was great. The hotel also had a 2 Michelin-star restaurant, which served amazing food. The staff went above and beyond to make my girlfriend's birthday special, arranging a cake, champagne, and a romantic bubble bath with rose petals.
There were no negative aspects of our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

Located in the heart of the bustling city, this hotel is a perfect base for exploring the sights and sounds of the area. Guests have praised the concierge for their exceptional help in securing many restaurant reservations at hard-to-book spots. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with jaw-dropping bathrooms that leave a lasting impression. The breakfast at MO Bar is delicious, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the hotel's close proximity to the Landmark mall, where they can indulge in some retail therapy.
Some guests have mentioned that the pool in the spa area is not suitable for children, limiting their options for family-friendly activities.

We were delighted with the exceptional personalized service at Mandarin Oriental. The manager kindly upgraded our room and personally escorted us to our spacious and beautifully designed suite. The attention to detail, from the turndown service to the cleanliness of the hotel, exceeded our expectations. The gym and spa facilities were top-notch, with a power rack in the gym and wonderfully hot saunas and steam rooms. Despite a few technical issues with the room and the lack of a view, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel.
